Mechanic Refrigeration & Air Conditioning trade is an AC repairing mechanical vocational trade. The duration of this trade is 2 years. During the training, the students are taught abouts kills like repairing and servicing in refrigerator, water cooler, bottle cooler, deep freezer, ice candy plant, cold storage, split air conditioner, package air conditioner, central air conditioner, auto-mobile air conditioner and other aspects attached to these services.
Employment
The trainees are recruited in Refrigeration companies and their service centers such as WHIRLPOOL, BLUE STAR, GODREJ, SAMSUNG, etc.
We have a tie-up and signed MOU with Funfirst global skill pvt. Ltd under the aegis of WHIRLPOOL wherein all the students are absorbed in local Whirlpool service centers.
Options for self-employment
He can be a contractor of domestic AC repairing. He shall be able to run his own workshop.
Trade Test and Certification:
A) All-India Trade Tests are conducted by the Directorate General of Training (DGT), Ministry of Skill Development And Entrepreneurship under the aegis of the National Council for Vocational Training in July and January every year for various examinations.
B) National Trade Certificates are awarded to the successful candidates.
C) National Trade certificate is a recognized qualification for recruitment to relevant posts and services in Central/State Government establishments.
Higher Studies
Some students opt to go for Diploma in Mechanical Engineering studies through JEXPO or VOCLET.
