For Xth pass students, Higher Secondary in Vocational Stream { HS (Vocational) stream } is also conducted in our ITC in two trades of Engineering & Technology (ET). They are:

A) Engineering Technology – Automobile Technology

B) Engineering Technology – Electrical Maintenance

Duration of courses is two years. Only Madhyamic pass students are eligible for admission. Students after completion of the course can pursue higher technical education in Polytechnics in West Bengal through an eligibility test viz., VOCLET. This test enables student’s lateral entry into Diploma courses in relevant branches. They can also pursue higher education under university system such as B.A., B.Sc., B.Com, etc.

Intake capacity per trade 25 x 2 = 50
